MOBILE NOTARY PUBLIC FEE

Below are the listed prices for each notarial act per instrument within the state of Nevada. Prices do not include travel fee and card transaction fee.

 

For Taking an Acknowledgement:

$15.00 - For the first signature of each signer

$07.50 - For each additional signature of each signer

 

$07.50  for Administering an Oath or Affirmation

 

For Executing a Jurat:

$15.00 for each signature on the affidavit

 

*At this time, we are not offering mobile services to certify a copy

Travel fee is based on time of day/night and meeting location.  

We are traveling from zipcode 89002.

6 a.m - 7p.m      Starting $15.00

After 7pm          Starting $30.00

 

Method of taking payments

We accept cash or card.

Card Transaction Fee is 3%

 

 

LOAN SIGNING AGENT

We can travel up to 30 miles from 89002.  Additional travel fees applies outside of 30 miles.

FOR NOTARY CLIENTS

 

Before your notary appointment, please review the following requirements to ensure a smooth and efficient notarization process.

 

When ready to finalize your document:

1. Have I fully read and understood the document?

  • You must read and understand the document before signing it.
  • Notaries are not authorized to explain legal terms or provide legal advice.
  • Ensure all required fields, including blank lines, checkboxes, and other necessary information, are completed as instructed within the document. DO NOT SIGN until you are instructed by the notary.

 

2. How many signers will be present?

  • Inform the notary in advance about the total number of signers.
  • All signers must be physically present at the appointment.

 

3. What type of notarization do I need?

Common types of notarization include:

  • Acknowledgment
  • Jurat (Oath or Affirmation)
  • Certified Copies

Example documents that may require notarization: Loan documents, Wills, Trusts, Power of Attorney, Deeds, and Estate Planning documents.

  • If you are unsure of the notarial act needed, review the notary certificate section within your document. If you cannot locate it, let’s discuss it over the phone before your appointment.

 

4. Do I need a witness?

  • Some documents require a witness who: Is at least 18 years old. Is not named in the document and does not benefit from it. Can testify in court if needed.
  • Witnesses must be present at the signing and observe that the signer appears of sound mind and is signing voluntarily.
  • Most Notaries do not provide witnesses, so you must arrange for one if required.

 

5. Do all signers have valid government-issued identification?

  • A notary must verify the identity of all signers using an acceptable form of ID, such as:
  • State-issued driver’s license or ID card
  • U.S. or foreign passport
  • Consular ID card
  • The ID must be valid, unexpired, and include a photo and signature.
  • If you are unable to provide a valid ID, contact us before your appointment to discuss alternative options.
